What are the advantages of using microcement to finish the bathroom?
Microcement is a mixture of specialised cements, aggregates and polymers. Using it in our house, it can be used to finish walls, floors and even worktops. It is a natural material, extremely durable and resistant to both moisture and high temperatures. It is worth using it for the bathroom, because it is a raw material that does not absorb water.

Thanks to waterproof properties, we can finish walls and shower floor without hesitation. For easier cleaning, it is recommended to cover it additionally with polyurethane varnish. Such varnishes are available in various finishes (polished, satin or mat), so we can adapt it to your own preferences. Microcement also requires additional impregnation to strengthen and to seal the surface for maintenance and water resistance.
